• Raising a resource in the list.

2.2. Payment for services is made by topping up the internal balance on the website.

2.3. All payments are considered non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or other grounds provided by the Tgpin.com refund policy.

2.4. Tgpin.com does not store bank card data and is not responsible for the operation of payment systems.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information when registering and using the service;
• Not publish resources that violate the law (including prohibited content);
• Not use the service for spam, phishing, or other illegal activities.

3.2. The User has the right to:

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Services are considered rendered from the moment of activation.

4.2. A refund is possible only in the event of a technical error or inability to provide the service due to Tgpin.com's fault.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Tgpin.com does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service and is not liable for direct or indirect losses incurred by the User due to use or inability to use the service.

5.2. Tgpin.com is not responsible for content posted by Users.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials posted on Tgpin.com (including texts, design, and site functionality) are the intellectual property of the Administration.

6.2. The User is not entitled to copy, distribute, or use the site’s materials without the written consent of the Administration.

7. Changes to the Terms

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the owner of Tgpin.com is registered.

8.2. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. If settlement is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the location of the owner of Tgpin.com.
